SHIPPING AND RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted for store credit and/or exchanges only within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.
** No returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, we will send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of purchase and will be shipped through USPS or UPS. We will provide shipment confirmation with delivery tracking (domestic shipments) to the email you provided at time of check out.
Please be advised, shipping options do not guarantee a delivery date, it’s based solely on an estimated time of delivery. Tracking is provided. Signature option is not available.

Local Delivery:
You may also order online and chose Local Pickup if you wish to pick up your purchase at our location at 1506 Walnut Street, Berkeley CA 94709.
We also offer LOCAL DELIVERY within a 5 mile radius. Please allow us 48 to 72 hours to coordinate the delivery (Please list your phone number).
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping:$6.95 for garments and small items only. (Other shipping cost may apply to bulky or heavy items. See item description for more detail)
1 Day Shipping: $35.00 -Please allow 24 hours for us to process the request.
Priority Shipping $10.00 - (2-4 Business Days) This is the standard option for shoes and larger items such as toys.
Once order is shipped to the address provided we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or lost packages.
We do not ship to drop service addresses.

Once order is shipped to the address provided we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or lost packages.
Customers with International orders are responsible for taxes and duties incurred on international shipments. Please contact your local customs office regarding taxes and duties.
If you would like to purchase insurance or tracking on international and Canada orders please email us at dimples@dimplesboutique.com and we will look up the cost of insuring and placing tracking on your order and will send you an invoice via Paypal.
